Unable to create account. After scanning the identity card, it repeatedly reports an error and does not allow registration

Cannot use the fit rewards and program because the app does not sync data at all. And yes it has the rights. There is also no way to try and reset the option unless you want to lose all progress

Login is not working since a couple of weeks ago - only the username input field is shown, and when you click on 'continue', it says the credentials are wrong, without providing the password input. Therefore, you get stuck on that screen.
